The purpose of this blog is to provide resources for therapists and clients. Some of the material I or another therapist writes based on our experience as clinicians. Other posts are videos or articles that came from experts, other clinicians or service providers, books, or similar resources that is good information for therapists and clients. Where the material originated will always be included in the post.
While I feel it is important to provide resources for clients and therapists, I do not claim to be an expert in any specific area. I try to be an ethical therapist that attends trainings covering a broad range of topics and issues to stay informed and grow as a clinician. I may get to expert status in an area some day, but not so far. Therefore, any articles I write are simply based on my experience as a clinician thus far and possible trainings or conferences I have attended.
I hope whoever reads this blog going forward finds it useful or informative as posts are made in the future.
Have a wonderful day!
I write articles based on my experience as a therapist or a training or conference attendee. Many of these articles are written by others who are experts in their field and I share their information as resources for others.
